A dog's diet needs careful consideration according to his age and lifestyle. The Product Selector below is designed to ensure your dog gets all the energy and nutrition he needs to realise his incredible natural potential. Select the category most appropriate to your dog and you'll find a BETA product tailored to his requirements.
Young dogs are growing dogs, and growing dogs depend on the correct balance of nutritious, healthy ingredients for proper development as they grow. The BETA puppy varieties give them the best possible start in life, with a concentrated source of energy for the high demands of growth and play, high quality proteins for the healthy development of strong muscles, and calcium and phosphorous to promote strong bones and teeth.
Feed puppies less than 3 months of age 3-4 daily feedings of moistened food. After 3 months of age gradually reduce moistening and feed 3 times per day. From 6-12 months provide 2 daily feedings. Allow puppy to eat for 10-15 minutes at each of the above meals. Remove food after your puppy has finished eating to help avoid overfeeding. Reduce the amount of food offered if the puppy becomes overweight.
When your dog's fully-grown, he needs a food to keep him in peak condition. There are six BETA Adult varieties to choose from, each providing complete and balanced nutrition. All BETA Adult varieties contain a variety of meat proteins and wholesome cereals to give him energy, oils for vitality and condition, plus essential minerals and vitamins (like Vitamin E to help protect tissues and cells).
Just like younger dogs, older dogs benefit from a food tailored to their specific needs.
Your dog may have special dietary requirements. If he's extremely hard - working, he needs the right food to match his energy levels - but if he is less active he needs a lighter food to prevent him putting on weight.
